Deep-Fried Buffalo Chicken Pierogies
Ingredients
- One dozen Buffalo Chicken Pierogies
- Blue Cheese dressing or sour cream (optional)
Spicy pierogies in less than 10 minutes
Serves 2-3
Directions
- Bring frying oil to 350° in a deep-fryer or large skillet.
- Place pierogies in oil for 4 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
- Remove pierogies from oil. Drain and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Serve with a side of Blue Cheese dressing or sour cream.
