Traditional Sautéd Pierogies
Ingredients
- One dozen Potato Cheddar Pierogies
- One green pepper
- One sweet onion
- One Tbsp. butter
- One Tbsp. olive oil
- Sour cream (optional)
A traditional recipe featuring Potato Cheddar Pierogies sautéd with peppers and onions.
Serves 2-3
Directions
- Preheat a covered frying pan with butter and oil over medium heat.
- Slice pepper and onion into strips and place in frying pan.
- Add frozen pierogies and cook 4-5 minutes per side with the cover on until they are golden brown.
- Serve with a side of sour cream.
