Sauerkraut Pierogies with Apple Kielbasa
Ingredients
- 2 pounds smoked kielbasa
- 3 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 medium onions, sliced

Directions
- Slice kielbasa into 1/4" slices. Brown in skillet. Drain.
- Combine applesauce and brown sugar.
- Layer kielbasa, onions, and applesauce mixture into your slow cooker.
- Cover. Set your slow cooker to low and cook for 4-8 hours.
- Arrive home from work.
