Sun-dried tomatoes with Garlic Smashed Pieorgies
Ingredients
- 1 jar of julienne sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
- 1 large onion
- Fresh basil (optional)
- One bag Pierogie Guy pierogies (I like the garlic smashed)

Serves 4
Directions
- In sauté pan, sauté sliced onion in sun-dried tomato olive oil until softened.
- In second sauté pan, fry frozen pierogies in more sun dried tomato olive oil.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes to first frying pan with onions.
- When pieorgies are cooked, top with onion mixture and sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Enjoy!
