Sun-Dried Tomatoes with Garlic Smashed Pieorgies

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of julienne sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil

  • 1 large onion

  • Fresh basil (optional)

  • One bag Pierogie Guy pierogies (I like the garlic smashed)

Directions

  • In sauté pan, sauté sliced onion in sun-dried tomato olive oil until softened.

  • In second sauté pan, fry frozen pierogies in more sun dried tomato olive oil.

  • Add sun-dried tomatoes to first frying pan with onions.

  • When pieorgies are cooked, top with onion mixture and sprinkle with fresh basil.

  • Enjoy!
